We at Grunwald UK are very excited to welcome our newest addition Stephen Fraser who joins our ever expanding Grunwald Engineering Team as a Customer Service Engineer.
Stephen brings 17 years of experience in engineering & automation, with a background in the pharmaceutical and tobacco industry. Having well trained and knowledgeable engineers like Stephen in our business, ensures that we continue to deliver our dedicated customer service in supporting our customers and their Grunwald machines. This is something that we are passionate about and continue to invest in.
Grunwald UK now has more dedicated engineers based across the length of the UK than ever before, we are never too far to make site visits and attend callouts, continuing to deliver our promise to all our customers for the life cycle of their machines.
Along with our ever expanding engineering team comes the next generation of Grunwald UK service van's.
Servicing and Spares Support
In recent developments in Grunwald UK Hannah Ross has become our dedicated Spares Manager freeing up Monty Cordingley to manage the Aftersales and Servicing side of the business and spend more time visiting customers and planning machine services.
With our servicing contracts comes highly skilled service engineers, who have all undergone rigorous training on all of the equipment we supply, all have at least 5 years’ industry experience.
The objective of this service plan proposal is to offer you a service plan, similar to that of a motor vehicle. The intention is to ensure that your machine is regularly serviced with genuine Grunwald parts and to ensure production continuity and avoid costly downtime.

Gina Oliver
to our Spares and Servicing team. Wendy and Gina will be supporting our Spares Manager
Hannah Ross in supply chain, stock and servicing, this will ensure that we continue to support our customers and their Grunwald machines. This is something that we are passionate about and will continue to invest in.
