GRUNWALD-FLEXLINER XL

 

The successful range of inline machines type FLEXLINER was extended by the bucket filling line type FLEXLINER XL.

Bucket filling lines GRUNWALD- FLEXLINER XL have been designed on the basis of proven features and are available with the following equipment:

 

• bucket denesting

 

• filling station with 1 or 2 filling positions

 

• sealing station with

– rotating knives for round containers or

– with cutting knives for square,

   rectangular or oval-shaped containers

 

• snap-on lid station with press-on station

 

• discharge onto a slide or a transport device

   provided by the customer

 

 

 

 

 

Optional equipment:

• second bucket denesting for a longer   

  storage time

• sterilisation of cups by means of a

   steam / H2O2- mixture

• sterilisation of sealing film by means of

  UVC radiators

• sterilisation of snap-on lids

 by means of UVC radiators or of steam /  

  H2O2-mixture

• outfeed conveyor
