In support of our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced service engineer, who can work successfully under pressure, either as part of a team or on their own. 



Key Responsibilities:

Execute Maintenance and Service Tasks:

• Perform scheduled maintenance activities to uphold optimal machine functionality.
• Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs for seamless operation.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and technical issues.
• Offer expert guidance and assistance in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
• Build and nurture positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Drive Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process enhancement and efficiency improvement.
• Participate actively in training sessions and skill development programs to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues from other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
• Or completed an apprenticeship in a technical discipline at Level 3 or higher.
• Minimum of three years of experience working on complete systems within Industrial Automation industry inclusive of Packaging Machinery, Process Equipment and Robotics systems.
• Experience of working on site either installing, testing or maintaining equipment.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK Driving License.
