GRUNWALD UK, is a flexible supplier of high quality cup filling and packaging machines as well as stand-alone dosing units for the food industry. Our sales programme comprises rotary and in-line cup filling and closing machines for handling preformed cups made of different plastic materials, paper or aluminium as well as different end-of-line packing systems.

The main market for our machinery programme is the dairy, delicatessen salad and ready meal industry in Europe. Within the last few years we have also supplied rotary and in-line machines for filling margarine and butter spreads into plastic and Cardboard cups.

Our speciality is in supplying cup fillers for the dairy industry for hot or cold filling of cream products, yoghurts, desserts, cottage cheese, cream cheese, processed cheese and other pump-able products. Our other main area of supply include salad products, dips, dressings and soups. Depending on the product viscosities we recommend different dosing systems and filling nozzles to guarantee a clean, smooth, drop free and weight-accurate filling of your product.

We offer a wide range of cup filling machine as follows:

• 1-lane or 2-lane GRUNWALD-ROTARY 2500 for production speed up to 6,000 cups/h.
• 2-lane to 4-lane GRUNWALD-ROTARY 6000 for production speed up to 10,000 cups/h.
• 3-lane to 6-lane GRUNWALD-ROTARY 12000 for production speed up to 15,000 cups/h.
• 1-lane to 2-lane GRUNWALD-FLEXLINER for production speed up to 3,600 cups/h.

The GRUNWALD-ROTARY 6000 and 12000 models are available cam driven or completely servo driven.

We also offer a wide range of in-line cup filling machines:

• 1-lane to 3-lane GRUNWALD-FOODLINER 3.000, production speed up to 9000 cups/h.
• 2-lane to 6-lane GRUNWALD-FOODLINER 6.000, production speed up to 18.000 cups/h.
• 3-lane to 8-lane GRUNWALD-FOODLINER 12.000, production speed up to 24.000 cups/h.

The number of lanes as well as the production speed depend upon the individual cup size, product viscosity and filling volumes.

All cup fillers are available with several filling stations, either manually or completely ClP cleanable.
Our in-line GRUNWALD FOODLINER machines offer upon request, enough open space for connection of our stand-alone dosing units. In order to minimize re-infection of the filling product all cup fillers can be supplied with laminar cabins, sterile air treatment, head-space gas flushing and UV radiation.

We also offer automatic cup lidding, handling pre-cut plastic or aluminium foil, film from a reel, snap-on lids and  tamper evident press-on lids. Extended storage systems are available for cups and snap-on lids to allow machine operation by an individual and in feed storage magazines where up to ten stacks can be preloaded giving storage times up to 15 min.

GRUNWALD UK also offer the following end of line packing machines

• GRUNWALD-SAFEPACK - Pick and place type packers (stand-alone for rotary and in-line machines, integrated only for in-line machines).
• GRUNWALD-WRAPPER - Wrap-around type packer.
• Loading and unloading systems for aluminium trays into autoclave baskets.
